Switch chromium.perf Android Nexus5X over to chromium recipe

This CL switches the Android Nexus5X builder over to the chromium recipe.
Ideally if this works, we can switch the rest of the builders over immediatelly
after.

Do you have a preference for which builder I should convert first? There's the
potential for loss of data, so maybe the most broken one right now?

The most broken one is the Samsung S5, but if we convert that one won't it be
hard to tell whether things are working properly?

I think we should convert the Android One last, since it is our only source of
svelte data, but the rest of the ordering is not important to me.

The reason for reverting is: Weird error, caused by bad properties??.
