We should think about whether this should be a subclass or a wrapper class. 
Wrapper might make setup a bit easier, but subclass seems to make more sense
from the object standpoint...

I'll just keep it as the subclass. have to pass the Settings in the
BlimpClientContextImpl's constructor, but i think it's fine to change that
