elements.html was generated by running `make vulcanize`. I did some other stuff
that i don't remember exactly, like npm install, and I got
"build/js/common-strings.js-e" file. I think it was wasn't used, name
"common-strings.js-e" didn't show up in the elements.html, so i've deleted it.

I don't know why common-strings.js-e was created, but you were right to delete
it - it was not supposed to be created.
