Ntp: add test for setSearchProviderHasLogo using old ui.

* Add testSetSearchProviderHasLogo, this is our only test for the old (non-snippets) ui
* Move private helpers to bottom of file
* Move setUp, tearDown, and startMainActivity to top of file
