Confirmed failure in patch set #3 for linux_chromium_chromeos_rel_ng (click
"Move >>"):

WallpaperManagerBrowserTest.LargeChildWallpaper
WallpaperManagerBrowserTest.SmallChildWallpaper

Note that a second try passed because the tests have been disabled on ToT at
that time.
