The test was failing without FileDescriptorWatcher.

Fix lgtm. I don't understand why it doesn't fail on bots... Maybe we could run a
tryjob with a few LOG(ERROR) to make sure that StartOnInputThread() runs on
bots?

You need some #if defined(OS_POSIX).
