Pass extra parameter to the Java WebContentsDelegateAndroid.

This CL is a follow up to https://codereview.chromium.org/2385363002/
which added a new parameter to WebContentsDelegate::WebContentsCreated.
It adds the extra parameter in the C++ to Java transition.
