Description

Limit extension autoupdates timer maximum scheduled delay. Extension autoupdate will be triggered at maximum delay of update frequency from startup. Stored next update check will be used only if it is reasonably far into future. This will prevent users from virtually disabling extensions autoupdate by changing system time.
