Remove unnecessary whitespace from test files.

This is a follow-up that fixes up whitespace (trailing newlines) in test
files that were added in r421645.

Devlin, can you take a quick look please?  This CL just removes the unnecessary
whitespace (trailing newlines) that you've noticed in a TBR-ed CL at
https://codereview.chromium.org/2377833002/#msg20

FWIW, to avoid unnecessary anxiety and fuss in https://crbug.com/646261, I plan
to land this CL after the primary fix is merged to M54 and the dust has settled
down (so - probably early next week).

PS. AFAICT, the extra whitespace got introduced after unpacking the patch on
Linux and reuploading (based on the fact that I see the whitespace in patchset
#1 of the other CL).  AFAIR, I haven't opened these test files in an editor...
