Can you use an url from chromium.googlesource.com instead?

This was my eventual plan. However, we can't have a git clone of an as-yet
non-existent sub-tree. So, as soon as this CL lands, I was planning on getting a
git clone of this subtree added to chromium.googlesource.com and updating this
appropriately.

So, in this CL, I can either leave this URL valid and pointing to the undesired
location or I can update this now to point to a non-existent location that would
become correct shortly.
