I believe I've seen this error before... gclient doesn't like changing the
repository url.  I could either checkout to a new folder (maybe
third_party/external/angle2) or delete the current angle dependency and then
re-add it in a second patch with the new repository.

According to this trybot log:

it looks like it's still trying to pull the old angle repository (ignoring the
DEPs change).

Looks like our trybots do not run "gclient sync" after applying the patch, this
is a known issue tracked in
https://code.google.com/p/skia/issues/detail?id=2017.

Alright, we can probably work around this for now by pulling both repositories
simultaneously and then add a second patch to remove the old one and make the
gyp changes.

Go ahead and revert it.  It looks like some of the bots don't have the Windows 8
SDK installed, or it's installed in a non-default location.
