It looks like the content browser tests are still crashing on
linux_android_rel_ng, but the logs don't say exactly why.

The bot seems to get exception at times [1]. Given that it was green in the last
few attempts, and that I've ran the browser tests in Release+DCHECKs on my Nexus
7 a few times, I'm tempted to say that the crashes were a bot fluke.

I squeezed in a tiny non-functional fix for the test that's getting re-enabled
on Android. A comment in the test mentions a file that was renamed and moved, so
I updated the path for easy copy-pasting into https://cs.chromium.org/
