Please don't add the parameter to a deprecated API function. Add it to
Dart_ActivationFrameGetLocation instead and use the opportunity to update your
code.

Whoops. I didn't notice that this method was deprecated.
I've switched to Dart_ActivationFrameGetLocation 
and added a test for that method as it didn't appear to have any tests.
