Remove test-only |verify_domain_authentication|.

* Remove SpdySession::verify_domain_authentication.
* Remove SpdySessionPeer::verify_domain_authentication.
* Remove SpdySessionPoolPeer::DisableDomainAuthenticationVerification.
* Add cert to HttpNetworkTransactionTest.UseIPConnectionPooling* unittests,
  change hostname in test to match cert.
