Remove 3 remaining base-* dirs in expectations/gm

Remove 3 remaining base-* dirs in expectations/gm

All of the base-* dirs that refer to buildbot-exercised platforms were already
removed in https://code.google.com/p/skia/source/detail?r=10821 .
These were left over.

This is a remove-only CL, which the review tool does not do a good job of
presenting. Here's what it looks like:

Mike, I want to get your OK on this because I know you have used the base-macpro
results in the past (although they are not tested by the buildbots or any other
developers, as far as I know).
