I suppose this change has to go in tandem with removing references in:

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/perf/measurements/rasterize_and_re...

Is there any reason to keep this mode around just to view historical data, or
should I (I assume) add to this change a mod to the script to deal gracefully
with potentially-absent sk-null-canvas data?
