.getOptionsFile(options.sourceFiles.first);
I'm not sure how this works. The method getOptionsFile is expecting the path to
a directory, not a file, but sourceFiles can be paths to files.

Also, don't we potentially need to get a different set of options for each file?
(I know this second issue is a bigger issue than this CL, so I'm not asking you
to fix it, just confirming that the first element in the list won't necessarily
be in the same context as every other item.)
