Fix typo leading to the use of the wrong font in location bar bubbles.

Along the way, simplify things by passing around FontLists directly more often
instead of converting between FontLists and Fonts.

In this patch I eliminated the "IME autocompletion" baseline offset adjustment
because Label now allows providing a FontList instead of just a Font.  Is this
correct?  Or does this hack still need to stick around for a while longer?

I've tested and confirmed that this CL fixes the issue without a hack on a
Japanese environment on CrOS.
