ARM: remove the regexp specific literal pool.

It is replaced by a mov_label_offset(Register, Label*) instruction.

Currently regexp literal pools are used to store offset only and their
implementation potentially leaves some entries unused. They also force D-TLB
entries for pages which are mostly code.

The new implementation use a mov immediate instruction and implement the
necessary patching.
