This relies on an earlier roll attempt to r11288
(https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/23645010/). This attempt merely adds 3
suppressions.

The layout failures in the prior roll attempt appear to be due to:

r11249 (Fixed issues found by fuzzer -
https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/23533042)

which adds stronger parameter checking to the SkLightingImageFilter (all the
image differences are in the spotlight lighting effect)

Three of the bots that were failing on the AllQuads test have now come back
green (i.e., linux_asan, linux_heapcheck, linux_chromeos) and the suppressions
have silenced the complaints from the layout tests. So ... anyone agree that
this is worth a try?
