I prefer VibrationMessageFilter in this case (like it was). I think you may have
derived this from the geolocation code. There, the naming scheme helps contrast
and relate GeolocationDispatcher and GeolocationDispatcherHost. For vibration,
this patch does not introduce a counterpart class in the renderer, so no need
for the awkward 'DispatcherHost' naming scheme.
