I don't think the profile should ever be null, but the ProfileManager code isn't
all that clear about it...
The ContentSuggestionsService could be null if the profile were off-the-record,
but I don't know if that can ever happen on Android.
So yes, this is pretty much a shot in the dark, but I don't have any better
ideas :(
