I don't see why docs are more nacl-related than the rest of the nacl-sdk tree. 
Maybe we should have all native_client_sdk changes to do native-client-reviews? 
Unless you have a good reason for singling out docs?

My goal here is mainly to get these documentation updates auto-delivered to
PNaCl devs, since we're now translating the docs to PNaCl. It's possible that
routing all native_client_sdk reviews to native-client-reviews makes sense.
