FWIW, I was not able to repro the bug as easily as shown in the video.  I think
it was just a issue where you could tap the text field on a page, wait just long
enough, and then hit the tab switcher.

I wonder if you were to put a delay in the ipc to trigger autofill, would you be
able to repro it easily and verify this fix worked.  Either way, I think this
change is fine, but it'd be better to be more confident it addressed the issue.
