Delete old (pre-MD) download shelf view code.

Rename DownloadItemViewMd to DownloadItemView.
Remove a whole bunch of unused assets. Huzzah!

yea, still used on mac. The legacy/ directory is for things that have been
removed on Views and should be removed from cocoa as well.
