stgao 2016/09/21 23:03:25 We don't want gitiles in the root directory, as th We don't want gitiles in the root directory, as the code here serves more of a gitiles client to pull changelogs like other infra clients to deal with Buildbucket/etc. It is not at the same level of modulation or layer compared to other stuff in the root directory. As described in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JT1GanWYEDxVnClIBAdz1Ysb6KubdgDFj9pQFc4yt..., we'd put it in common/vcs/gitiles with shared stuff in common/vcs.
