Remove nirnimesh and dennisjeffrey from OWNERS files

They no longer work on Chrome.

But yes, feel free to remove me from these OWNERS files too (as long as Craig is
ok approving whatever remaining pyautolib changes come in!).

It would probably be fair to add kkania to pyautolib/OWNERS if we're worried
about having only one owner as I believe he is in charge of removing PyAuto.
