If you change DocumentOrShadowRoot.cpp to simply forward to
Fullscreen::fullscreenElement(Document/ShadowRoot&) and
Fullscreen::currentFullScreenElement(Document/ShadowRoot&), I think these
aliases in the IDL won't need to change, and more of what the Fullscreen spec
says is implemented in Fullscreen.cpp.

Done. Now I see clearly that the original intention for separating
DocumentFullscreen
and Fullscreen.
