This didn't seem appropriate to have as part of CreateInfo because the tiling
doesn't actually impact it.

Also of note is that if you have a single tiling which uses different color
spaces within it, that's not "wrong" in any particular way -- ideally you'll
want to re-raster to a single color space eventually, but the GLRenderer has the
responsibility of ensuring that you resolve to the same final color space.
