Enable GeometryInterfaces with CompositorWorker

Enable GeometryInterfaces with CompositorWorker

CompositorWorker uses DOMMatrix to represent transforms so we should enable GeometryInterfaces with CompositorWorker. Since CompositorWorker is already enabled on experimental, GeometryInterfaces will be enabled with experimental as well. Ideally we could restrict the visibility to just CompositorWorker, though that would affect explicitly enabling GeometryInterfaces so we're just enabling it in general with experimental web platform features.

Hey,

I've chatted with Ian about this already, since CompositorWorker uses DOMMatrix
we should enable GeometryInterfaces with CompositorWorker.

If we can turn them both on with experimental then it will make testing and
demoing CompositorWorker easier. CompositorWorker is already enabled on
experimental, do you think we can enable GeometryInterfaces too? Ian suggested
that we could restrict the visibility to just CompositorWorker, though I'm not
sure if we can do that in a way that doesn't also affect it when  you explicitly
enable GeometryInterfaces, and if not whether that is still okay.
