Something to keep in mind: The last time we added bots to cq.golo it did not
automatically restart because c-i-t had disabled the CQ auto deployer. Lets test
this change after an hour to see if it is live, if it is not then we will have
to ask go/bug-a-trooper to restart our CQ.
