Media Recorder browser tests: remove MediaRecorder prefix from individual browser tests

No bug, just a naming cleanup: since the Unit test is called
WebRtcMediaRecorderTest, it's completely redundant to
prefix the individual tests MediaRecorderFoo, so this CL
removed the "MediaRecorder" test case prefix.
