Add slaves and builder configuration for new linux_chromium_headless_dbg

I'm a bit confused about this bit here, the slaves were set in crbug.com/633985
as trusty, but here all seem to be declared as precise?

Would I need to setup a separate loop over the new slaves only, and assign those
the the new headless trybot?

Yup. What you have here is wrong, because it'll mix precise and trusty VMs into
the same pool.
