Remove ::shadow and /deep/ combinator from Files app.

::shadow and /deep/ combinator are deprecated.
We need to use CSS variables instead.

I guess that the opacity value and --files-icon-button-activated-theme are
intended to be applied to the ripple of active state, but .active was
accidentally dropped in

I fixed it by having two variables inside files-toggle-ripple.
