I wonder if this new warning should be under a new -Wignored-pragma-intrin which
is part of the Wignored-pragma group, so that it can be toggled individually.
It'd be kind of nice if we could toggle this independently at least, so it'd
probably be nice for others as well.

I'll land this for now to get the bots green, and will change it if we break out
the warning.
