Remove unused AudioParams in PannerNode.

Remove unused AudioParams in PannerNode.

m_distanceGain and m_coneGain are not used internally in panner node.
Remove useless valuables.

Yes, it was tried. But I had to separate this patch from it to make "212213005"
simple.
Actually, I'm looking for better way to resolve below issues which we recently
had applied in panner node.

1. Thread safety.
- audio listener
- position, orientation and velocity
- distance and pan model
- angles and cones

2. Caching
- dopplerRate
- distanceConeGain
- azimuth and elevation

I would like to include all rest part I missed in 212213005. It will be taken
more time.
So, I separated.

So are you saying the current patch in 212213005 is a work in progress and the
removal of the AudioParams there is not intentional?

This is ok, but if you're still working on 212213005 please leave a note there
saying you're working on a new approach. Or, better yet, if you want to abandon
that, please close it and create a new CL with the new approach when you are
ready.
