No, that is constraint from JS, users can set it to whatever.

I changed the code to be:

Wrong reply, I added overloaded methods for the GetMandatoryConstraintValue()
and GetOptionalConstraintValue() to convert "true" and "false" strings to
boolean.

I think I've asked about this as well before.  It seems you might be trying to
convert a string like "True" or "False" to an int.  That's not going to give you
the results you want.

Thanks for pointing it out. I misunderstood that the blink code will convert
strings to 0 or 1 internally.

I added overload methods to convert true anf false strings to boolean.
So this method will be used by video to get int values.
