Split codesearch builders onto their own master

This will make the chromium.infra console much more meaningful,
since it won't be polluted with tons of chromium/src.git commits.

PTAL. When the infra tree gets closed, it's virtually impossible to read the
console[1] because so many revisions from chromium/src are spliced in. This will
take all those extra polled revisions and put them on a separate waterfall where
they can live in peace.
