The android webview_licenses step is failing because it can't find the LICENSE
file.  This makes sense because we don't pull this library on android.

Can you copy the MDF LICENSE file up one directory and update the "License
File:" line in README.chromium?  That should keep the checker happy.

Longer term, I'll file a bug to remove platform-specific dependencies from the
android checker.
