This fixes a warning introduced by
a3a031195aba2da67dfb7f3adbf261588e429fc3 (MockSdk missing concrete
implementation of 'DartSdk.getLinkedBundle').

I'm tempted to land this ASAP to fix the bots.  However:

- It rolls in several additional commits from linter that have not yet been
released--are these commits ready to go?  Or should we make a 0.1.24-alpha.1
release of linter with just the fix, and roll that in?

- The commit message for 296830692adccda06b19da04eaa696a547641729 notes some
analysis errors which look to be related to improved type inference logic in
analyzer.  I'm thinking this shouldn't stop us from rolling the fix from
linter->SDK, since the SDK already has the improved analyzer.  Does that seem
reasonable?
