Hoping this will fix the downstream build issue. Also, these additional jar
files probably should have always been listed as inputs anyway.

So this change is still a good change to make, but I was able to repro the issue
on the attached bug and this doesnt fix it.

Basically, I just need a change that will cause the bots to rebuild
shadows-core. Even adding a new input apparently isn't enough to convince GN to
do this.  :/
