The class hierarchy makes sense, but as commented 
offline, the names get too verbose, I'd suggest
naming following the tested member variable's type,
i.e. 
s/FakeDeviceDescriptorVCSTest/FakeDeviceDescriptorTest/ 
and 
s/FakeDeviceVCSTest/FakeVideoCaptureDeviceProxyTest/

or some shortened versions, as long as they are clearly
unique in the current context && namespace.
