Open and delete work now!
Delete is not reflected right away in UI - I traced that OnItemDeleted is called
on DownloadHistoryAdapter, and finds the item index - but UI is not updated. If
closed/opened then shows the item gone.

I'm still working on actual implementation of bridge.startDownload but it's
hooked up to the button.
