Since this class has no member variables, consider moving the .cc
definitions in here.

Tried this, and compiler complains that Complex class/struct needs an explicit
out-of-line constructor and destructor.
Not sure why, but I assume that the MOCK_METHOD1 somehow causes the class to be
considered "Complex".
