Add POINTER_TYPE_ERASER to EventPointerType

This pointer type can be used by graphics tablets, frequently the
back-side of a stylus.

PTAL. A pretty simple change that adds the eraser tool to EventPointerType and
makes sure all switch()es get updated to cover it. 
And then adds support to the evdev converters to set the tool type.
