This also fixes the bug you found earlier and has the side-effect that creating
a MockSdk will now populate a resource provider with all of the files related to
an SDK.

We might want to use different paths for SDK files.
Now, when we put them into the shared ResourceProvider, it's not nice to put
/lib directly into the root :-)
