Add necessary EGL name declarations/definitions and several native widget types for chromecast build.

What are you trying to fix? A compilation problem?

If so, I think the real bug is that you are somehow excluding the khronos EGL
headers in third_party from your build.
On Mac I'm also not sure why this ifdef'ing is necessary.

There are no linker dependencies since we resolve the symbols dynamically.

Otherwise you might as well say 'we are not using GPU/GL on chromecast, so let's
exclude *all* of the code that references GL from the build' :)

Yes, we are trying to fix compilation errors. Besides the native widget types we
have to define for chromecast build, we were primarily fixing the
undeclared/unknown EGL names such as EGLApi, g_driver_egl, etc. by excluding
references to these names. (Those declarations/definitions are guarded by
different platforms and build flavors, none of which Chromecast belongs to.) But
you are right that we could also fix them by adding necessary declarations and
definitions in gl_bindings.h and gl_implementation.cc for chromecast build. Let
me put together a new CL to do that.
