i don't see kuscher@'s answer on the bug.  also, I wonder why it looks bad in
your screenshots -- if you see other buttons (e.g. "Language and input
settings..." or "Manage certificates") it'd seem their spacings are both
different... (and less "fugly")

also, why wasn't this enabled on CrOS?  are you sure this works/there's a pref
for this on CrOS?

Apparently, the auto-open label had a custom padding specified. I've removed
this and used the settings-row class so it conforms to other labels and buttons
(e.g. language settings). The result is an additional small amount of vertical
space (0.2em?) between the checkbox and the label, and the label and the button.
This should be consistent with similar entries on the desktop and chromeos
settings page.

My mistake thinking kuscher was on the bug -- I've run it by tbuckley who works
on the Settings page and he prefers to have the button added at the end.
