I'm a bit surprised by this tbh. The bots have been on mb (albeit in non-gn
mode) for a while. Before, mb didn't pass an explicit arch:

It's surprising that mb uses the default arch for both gyp and gn if it's not
specified explicitly, given that the defaults are different. (But I think I've
been surprised by that before and dpranke had some good explanation; and by now
it doesn't matter much anymore anyways)

lgtm. sigh.

GYP builds default to x86, GN to x64, which is why this wasn't an issue.

I made a number of mistakes of this kind w/ the win builders. I'll be glad to
see it go.
