This looks suspicious, since it results in asymmetric CSS properties in LtR and
RtL.

# In LtR
files-toggle-riple {
  left: 0;
  right: 0;
}

# In RtL
files-toggle-riple {
  left: 0;
  right: auto;
}

I guess that general files-toggle-ripple doesn't have a problem, since it is
symmetric.
Only the icons on the toolbar have the problem.
